Items required when making an inquiry

When making inquiries, we would ask that you please be sure to let us know the following three points of “customer information”.

  3. ③ Address
* In particular, when making inquiries by e-mail, please do not forget to provide the above three points of information.
* Personal information provided to us by the customer is closely kept and managed and will not be used for any purpose other than answering the customer's inquiry.
Making inquiries by e-mail
  • Inquiries will be addressed in turn, however for inquiries received by e-mail outside the designated company business hours, and also depending on the nature of the inquiry, please be advised that there may be cases where it takes some time to respond or cases where an inquiry can not be given an answer.
  • Also, in the case of e-mail inquiries from customers where filters blocking unsolicited e-mails (control settings on incoming messages) are in use as a domain-specified function, etc., there will be cases where our company's e-mail response will not be able to get through. When making inquiries by e-mail, please check whether or not these settings are enabled and, if they are, please set it so you are able to receive from an individual domain.

  • Depending on the nature of the inquiry, there may be cases where our company would like to confirm some details about the inquiry by telephone or answer the inquiry by telephoning the customer directly, so please be sure to provide your “customer information”.
Regarding secondary use of our company's responses, etc.

Our company's responses are answers provided to an inquiry from a particular customer and, as such, we strongly prohibit the use for another purpose, the secondary use and also the release to someone other than the applicable customer, of any one part or the whole of these answers without our company's permission.

For customers wishing to purchase our products overseas

Presently, for customers wishing to purchase our company's products in countries or regions other than the export destinations of our company, depending on the legal regulations of the country or region, it is possible that we will not be able to meet the customer's wishes. We apologize for the inconvenience, however we ask for your understanding in this matter.
